Product details

Join us for an evening with textile artist Catherine-Marie Longtin to celebrate the launch of her new book, Log Cabin Quilt Blocks. Catherine will talk through the ideas behind the book's 100 contemporary variations on the traditional log cabin block, followed by a Q&A where you can ask about her process and her practice.

Catherine will bring blocks from the book, along with samples to feel and handle, and the notebooks where this log cabin project took form. Participants will also have the opportunity to play and discover for themselves the fantastic potential of the log cabin block. The evening will celebrate how a single question - what happens if...? - can generate an almost infinite range of outcomes

Your ticket includes three linen fat quarters, a drink and nibbles for the evening. Everyone attending also gets 10% off shop purchases on the night.
